Our HR team is recruiting a HR Manager for our Hatzerim production plant

A Day in the life

  • Supporting and consultation to department heads:
    • Supporting plant manager in all that concerns plant workforce management, leading change, integrating organizational structures, building managerial capacities and role-oriented candidate personas, building teams and organizational effectiveness.
    • Supporting change processes
    • Maintaining permanent daily routines with department heads and team leaders.
  • Employee experience:
    • New employee onboarding and placement (full responsibility for the entire onboarding and training process in the plant).
    • Handling (preparation and signing) employment contract terms and conditions including changes in employment conditions.
    • Interpersonal communication/relationship with employees (acclimation interviews, departure interviews, periodical interviews).
    • Handling welfare and non-standard issues, per requirement.
  • Employee training and development:
    • Responsibility for training programs from training needs assessment to training execution.
    • Supporting professional and individual development plans and long-term Human Resource planning including managerial reserves.
    • Support and involvement in organizational development and intervention in processes as required. 
  •  HR employment and labor laws:
    • Implementation and enforcement of labor laws –work hours control reports.
    • Monthly/ annual monitoring of budget plan vs. actual – welfare / training/ clothing.
    • Managing workforce headcount and costs.
    • Implementing and practicing HR procedures and processes.
  • Leading and execution of HR events and projects.
  • Site Sexual Harassment officer



What you'll need

  • BA in Social Science/ Human Resource Management
  • Languages: Mother tongue Hebrew; Very good English – reading, writing, verbal
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in hiring and HR management
  • Knowledge of and experience in HR processes in an industrial business – advantage.
